Description


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's channel partner network in the HRMS domain.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, including HRMS consultants, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enable effective sales and marketing of the HRMS solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and channel expansion.
  • Drive sales performance through effective channel partner management, pipeline development, and deal closure.
  • Monitor and track channel partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on channel sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales management, preferably in the HRMS or SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
  • Strong understanding of HRMS solutions, HR technology trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in managing channel partner programs, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
