Intern - Backend Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Backend Development Intern to join our development team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side applications.

  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

  • Help troubleshoot and debug applications.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of server-side languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, node.js, next.js).

  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, and MongoDB.

  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.

  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
