Description

Cluster manager will responsible for overseeing several customers and manage operations within the assigned location.
Responsible for handling team, train them and to enable them to handle the ops effectively, monitor and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsible for assets assigned to him/her for the operations.
Maintain day to day operational data and MIS
Experience of at least 5 years in managing operations in hyper growth start-ups of FMCG, e-commerce, express logistics and last mile logistics.
Experience in stakeholder management, Team management and customer relationship management.
Experience in managing and training a team, involving knowledge of best practice, workflows and procedure for on ground teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
Minimum graduation in any discipline.
Knowledge on local language is desirable.Roles & Responsibilities:

To maintain the assets allotted to the drivers who are assigned to the executives.
