Requirements

Monitoring and managing 40 to 50 FMS resources and submission of verified reports.
Coordinate with the support engineers for network services maintenance.
And any other activity required for project implementation and operations.
All activities within the region will be the responsibility of the Regional Manager
Will be interfacing with the customer in their respective regions
Will be responsible for generating additional business thru change request
Responsible for any projects implementation and operations in their regions with proper planning and execution
All internal and external co-ordination required for the operations to be successful
Responsible for the closure of all incidents closure within the SLA
Co-ordination with the central team as required and escalate the matters for any dependency
Responsible for taking all the final acceptance completion of the projects within the region
Execution of the tasks within the regions with support from the teams
Conduct regular meetings with the customer based on the schedule
